Our Hooton Park deal has been secured!
The Hooton Bio Power facility will be our fifth waste gasification project and will be the first non-subsidised merchant gasification facility in the UK. It is the first time the UK market will realise a gasification plant of this size, based on fluidised bed technology provided by Japanese Kobelco Eco Solutions.
The facility will be developed on the Peel Environmental site and power facility specialist BWSC will deliver the high efficiency waste gasification plant, located south of the Wirral, North West England.
